Albertelli Construction is deeply rooted in the design-build industry with decades of experience.  Prior to the company's inception, Mr. Albertelli spent more than a decade with The Stellar Group overseeing management of all project development, project management and engineering design.  During his tenure, the company's annual revenues grew from $20MM to more than $250MM.  These projects consisted of various commercial (including mid-rise office buildings) and industrial (including distribution and food-processing facilities) projects, with individual values between $10MM and $50MM.  Earlier in his career, Albertelli spent 15 years with The Haskell Company.  His responsibilities included overall management of all project development and project management for a sector of the organization's business.

As Albertelli Construction became increasingly more successful and team growth was inevitable, David Albertelli joined the organization as Vice President.  With a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova, David also worked at The Stellar Group for nearly a decade eventually becoming Vice President within the refrigeration division.  His projects included food plants, distribution centers, power plants, district cooling packages and inlet cooling facilities all of which incorporated central station Freon or ammonia refrigeration systems.

George Albertelli



George Albertelli has more than 40 years of experience in real estate development, construction and related businesses.

For the last 25 of those years, Mr. Albertelli has held direct responsibility for the development, design and construction of projects of varying size and complexity throughout the country.

These diverse projects include a 460,000 square foot corporate office and processing facility for AT&T, more than 1.5 million square feet of low-temperature distribution facilities for U.S. Cold Storage and various custom home developments in Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach.

David Albertelli



David has over eighteen years of engineering and construction management experience. Before joining Albertelli Construction, he was vice president of a leading Design-Build firm managing multidisciplinary groups that included field personnel, design professionals and project construction managers on projects throughout the U.S.

As President of Albertelli Construction, David is responsible for all day-to-day business operations for the firm. His commitment to excellence and desire to provide all clients with complete satisfaction reinforce his already overriding obligation to maintain an active role in each project.
